Download and print the correct form above, either New Zealand or International, fill it in, and include it in the box with your ECU when you ship it to us.
Use the New Zealand form if you're shipping locally within NZ. For anywhere else in the world, use the International form.
Wrap the ECU in anti-static or bubble wrap, place it in a sturdy box with padding so it can't move around, and seal it securely. Loose packing lets the unit knock about in transit and risks damage.
Your ECU may be delayed while we identify it and confirm what work is required. Always include the completed sheet so we can process it as soon as it arrives.
Yes. Please remove the ECU from the vehicle before shipping unless you've arranged otherwise with our team, and double-check it's the correct unit for the work you need.
Most work is completed within a few business days of arrival. Turnaround depends on the service and ECU type, and we'll keep you updated throughout.
Once the work is complete, your ECU is shipped back to the return address on your form. We recommend using a tracked, insured service for the shipment to us.
