About the role
Own calibration development end to end — from base-file analysis to dyno-validated, customer-ready tuning files across cars, 4x4s, trucks, tractors and marine applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ECU calibration or powertrain engineering experience
- Strong WinOLS proficiency: map identification, map packs, checksums
- Hands-on dyno tuning experience and data-log analysis
- Deep knowledge of diesel and petrol engine management (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental)
- Comfortable with OBD, bench and boot tooling (Autotuner, KESS3, CMD Flash, MAGPro2)
- Clear written English for dealer-facing file notes and revisions
About the role
Support the engineering team day to day: reading and writing ECUs, preparing vehicles on the dyno, and moving file jobs through the dealer portal.
Requirements
- Automotive trade qualification or equivalent hands-on workshop experience
- Basic diagnostics knowledge (OBD, fault codes, live data)
- Careful, methodical and process-driven way of working
- Eagerness to learn ECU read/write tooling — full training provided
- Full, clean driver's licence
About the role
Be the first line of support for our worldwide dealer network — onboarding new workshops, answering tooling questions and following up on file jobs.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or service advisory (automotive industry a plus)
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable working across ticketing, chat and CRM tools
- Able to triage technical questions and escalate to engineers with full context
- Flexibility to overlap with international dealer time zones
